I’ve been meaning to write a review for a while now. The truth is that every time I come to write it, I don’t even know where to start! It’s been a long journey and Ben has done so much for my family. I am one of Ben’s longest clients and can tell you why you should hire him for any family matter.
Back in 2016, I interviewed several lawyers before Ben regarding an immediate need for representation for my high-conflict separation. I was initially impressed by the videos on Ben’s website. I was also impressed by his Stanford Law education, what others had to say about him, and by his obvious passion for what he does. I ultimately decided on Ben after speaking with him. He told me what I needed to hear regarding potential outcomes of my case, and not just what I wanted to hear in order to get my money.

In the end, the father’s rights were terminated and my husband is now in the process of adopting my daughter. This is not, nor should hardly ever need to be, the outcome most parents desire – Ben will tell you this himself as he is a very reasonable man – but it was necessary for us. Throughout this process, I learned that termination is next to impossible, but by the grace of God and a lot of hard work, Ben accomplished just that!
