Absolutely, hands down, the best family lawyer in Austin. I cannot thank Ben enough for assisting me in a very difficult child custody case. He is honest, articulate, and really cares about his clients. I feel fortunate to have had him on my side through a difficult custody battle. When I started my search, I visited websites of many attorneys and it almost seemed like an impossible task when every website seemingly look the same. But just after spending few minutes on Ben’s website, I knew right away that I found an attorney who would be able to help me. I was really impressed by his straightforward explanation of how he does business, his credentials and reviews from other clients. I ultimately decided on Ben after speaking with him. Ben worked very hard on my case. He takes that extra level of care when you need it most, responding to emails and phone at night and on the weekends. This was very much appreciated. In my case, my ex-wife’s attorney used dirty & unethical tactics but Ben handled it with impressive aplomb.
