Ben is a beacon of light during an uncertain time. I found Ben after my previous attorney was not working the case as one would anticipate and leaving emails unanswered for weeks. My ex had me served with modification papers a few months after starting a new job and I knew the reduction in child support was not warranted. I needed an aggressive attorney to go up against my ex and Ben was the attorney for me. Ben had opposing counsel ready to settle within two hours after his initial email was sent. Ben is honest, very direct, ethical, extremely communicative (emails and calls returned after “normal” business hours), and understanding. I’m a paralegal and finding an attorney that communicates effectively as Ben is not the standard. I wish I had found Ben before wasting money on my previous counsel.
