I began my career practicing commercial litigation with an international law firm. In my current practice, my objective is to deliver “big firm” caliber representation at rates that are compatible with the needs of small business owners and individuals. I have experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of business litigation disputes, including:

  • Breach of contract disputes

  • Negligence, including premises liability and other personal injury actions (typically representing defendants)
  • Tortious interference with contract actions

  • Real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes
  • Fiduciary litigation, including partnership disputes
  • Deceptive trade practice and consumer warranty disputes
  • Employment disputes, including non-compete agreements
  • Trade secret misappropriation
